The focus of the project was to deepen understandings of the implementation of key policies and practices for redress, access, progression/ articulation, learner support and system flexibility in general in South Africa, and to develop advice based on the research, for the Minister of Higher Education, Science and Technology and the National Qualification Framework NQF partners – towards the further development and enhancement of flexible access and progression for diverse students.
